한국언론학보는 1960년 신문학보로 출발하여 1969년부터 매년 정기적으로 발행되어 온 커뮤니케이션 연구 분야의 가장 권위 있고 역사 깊은 학술지입니다. 한국언론학보는 미디어와 커뮤니케이션에 관한 모든 범위의 이론과 현실을 다루는 연구자들의 발표의 장으로서 언론학 연구의 전문성과 다양성, 그리고 학문적 열정을 대변하고 있습니다. 한국언론학보는 언론학 발전의 기여도 및 그 우수성을 인정받아 2017년 한국연구재단 우수등재학술지로 선정이 되었습니다. 한국언론학보는 현재 다양한 학문분야 연구자들의 관심과 참여로 연간 6회 (2,4,6,8,10,12월말일) 발행되고 있습니다.

<커뮤니케이션 이론>은 2005년 창간된 KCI 등재 학술지로, 커뮤니케이션학의 이론적 발전과 학문적 성찰을 목적으로 합니다. 본 학술지는 연 4회(3·6·9·12월) 정기 발행되며, 커뮤니케이션 연구의 이론적 축적과 경험적 확장을 지향합니다. <커뮤니케이션 이론>은 커뮤니케이션 현상을 설명하는 개념적 틀과 이론적 논의를 중점적으로 다루며, 기존 이론에 대한 비판적 검토, 새로운 시도, 그리고 이론과 경험 연구의 연계를 포괄하는 논문을 게재합니다. 이를 통해 커뮤니케이션 연구의 분석적 깊이와 이론적 정교함을 강화하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 이 학술지는 기획 논문과 일반 논문을 통해 동시대의 주요 학문적 쟁점과 연구 흐름을 체계적으로 조망하며, 국내 커뮤니케이션 연구자들의 성과를 공유하는 학문적 플랫폼으로 자리매김하고 있습니다.

Asian Communication Research (ACR) is a refereed international publication that features cutting-edge scholarship in all areas of communication with a focus on Asian contexts, while contributing to understanding of communication phenomena around the world. ACR is published by Korean Society for Journalism and Communication Studies (KSJCS) three times a year, in April 30, August 30, and December 30.

ACR welcomes original research articles, theoretical and methodological essays, and book reviews. This journal has a continuous publication schedule throughout a year. We start the review process for each paper once we receive a paper, and accepted papers will be published in the earliest issue. ACR’s new homepage and online review system are now under construction. For the time being, we receive papers through e-mail (acr@comm.or.kr).
